How to Use

Soften the sugar lace with a steamer or by holding it briefly over a pot of boiling water before use.

Lightly brush water on the area where the cake lace will be placed.

Place the lace on the cake and gently press or smooth it onto the surface.

Use a brush and water to adjust and trim the lace as needed.

Trim the ends of two lace pieces so they join together neatly and look seamless.

Attach the second lace piece next to the first one to continue the design.

Dry-brush with edible gold dust, pearl dust, luster dust, or other edible colors if desired.

For storage, wrap unused lace in parchment paper and keep it in a cool, dry place.
