Standard Shipping (about 5 - 15 business days):
For most of the countries like USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Europe, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, etc, your parcel normally takes 5 - 15 business days to arrive. However, due to customs inspection, weather & traffic conditions, festive season, etc, there is a chance that your parcel may arrive in 16 - 30 business days.
For the countries that are not listed above, shipping time may takes 10-30 business days (mostly due to strict customs inspection or slow local postal service).
Expedite Shipping (within 5 business days):
Please note that if you need your items urgently, please select "Expetite Shipping" during checkout. Shipping time of Expetite Shipping is about 2 - 5 business days to most countries, remote areas may take 1 - 5 days longer.
Order Amendment or Cancellation
We're sorry to advise that in most circumstances it is not possible to make changes to or cancel your order once it is placed. This includes making changes to delivery addresses.
Our warehouse work very quickly to pick and pack your orders and we have multiple mail collections each day, so you benefit from the quick delivery our customers tell us they love. It's likely that by the time you contact us, your order will already have been dispatched.
Who will deliver my orders?
Items will be shipped by EUB/DHL. We may use other carriers as necessary.
How do I track my shipment?
Mostly we ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have checked-out. We would send an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site.
What should I do if my shipment never arrives?
Please allow up to 30 business days for your item to be delivered. If it still does not arrive, please reach us by clicking the 'Contact Us' button on the website. We will get back to you shortly.
How do I ship items to a different address?
During our checkout process, specify where you want your purchase shipped. It can be different from your credit card billing address. You may specify any ship-to street address.
1. Shipping includes postage, handling & packaging fee.
2. Buyers are responsible for the customs duties in their countries.
3. Please double check the shipping address during the checkout process, buyers need to bear the cost of lost parcels or extra shipping fee in the case that an incorrect or incomplete address is provided.
4. If your package returned to us due to unclaimed, incorrect address, etc, we will contact you to arrange the reship. Buyers will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred in this case.
5. We are responsible for any damaged item(s) during shipment. Please contact us with your order number and picture(s) of the damaged item(s) within 1 week of receipt and we will send you replacement(s) or issue refund.
