Q: Why does the bottle look half full?

A: Bottles are partially filled to prevent leakage during shipping but contain the full 10ml / 10g as labeled.

Q: How do I open the bottle?

A: For high viscosity resin (#3874), press the cap to dispense; other types have a seal under the cap that needs to be removed.

Q: The resin is too thick to squeeze, what should I do?
